This company is NOT RELIABLE ‼️ I made an appointment 4 day's in advance. At first they send you a quote to provide you with the services they offer (basic) I asked if they do deep cleaning and they said yes. However when I asked if they can vacuum the beds and couches they replied with yes but they don't have a vacuum so they can't help me.

I offered them to use my vacuum, I had no problem with this. We came to an understanding and then 20 min later he send me a message to change the time. I told him okay fine I changed my plans and told him I will make it work. Then the day before at 17:00pm they made a dubbel booking and was wondering if I can change again to 15:00pm after I changed my plans 2 times I could not do it again (because we as people have responsibilities) I ask that they please communicate with the other party that I am not able to so if they can maby do it.

I just got an message that said they will not be able to assist me and that I can try next week. I did everything to hire them yet it seems they don't need Clients.
