Flo-Tek’s DN1000 manholes are equipped with 3 inlets and 1 outlet, with a main channel designed at a gradient of 1-2% to facilitate the flow of waste toward the outlet.
Material and Build
100% Virgin Polyethylene: All chambers and manholes are made of virgin PE material, ensuring high impact resistance and long-lasting durability.
Uplift Prevention: The external ribs on the chambers prevent uplift in areas with high water tables, providing a safety factor of 1.8 against buoyancy.

Installation Process
Flo-Tek’s rotomolded manholes are designed for fast, easy, and safe installation, reducing labor costs and time. The installation process involves five simple steps:
Excavation: Excavate 600mm wider and 150mm deeper than the chamber, and place the chamber on a compacted base layer.
Connecting Inlet: Drill an appropriate hole at the pre-marked position, insert the Flo-Tek rubber seal, and connect the pipe.
Connecting Outlet: Similarly, connect the outlet pipe with a watertight seal, ensuring no need for additional adhesive materials.
Backfill and Compact: Ensure the chamber is level and backfill in layers, compacting to the required density.
Adjust Height and Install Cover: Adjust the height by trimming the chimney of the chamber if needed. Install the lockable polyethylene cover or a concrete ring and cover for traffic areas.
