We are a small family owned business on Uber Eats, passionate about providing convenience to our customers. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us grow our online presence.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and social media-savvy Marketing Assistant to manage our social media pages. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and attracts new customers to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post daily on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to keep our audience engaged and informed about our menu, promotions, and events
- Develop and implement a content calendar that showcases our brand's personality and tone
- Create high-quality, visually appealing content (photos, videos, graphics, etc.) that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on our social media pages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and conversions, and adjust our strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with our team to stay up-to-date on new menu items, promotions, and events, and incorporate these into our social media content
Requirements:
- Age: 20-30 years old
- Experience in marketing or social media management is an advantage, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative and able to think outside the box
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus
