Experience Needed:
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is advantageous but not required. Training will be provided.
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English (spoken). Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
Duties Include:
Greet customers and take accurate food and drink orders. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items. Handle payments and operate the POS system. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas. Ensure customer satisfaction and assist with any requests. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Availability: Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours and carry trays with food and drinks. Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to engage with customers in a welcoming manner. Attention to Detail: Must take accurate orders and ensure customer satisfaction. Teamwork: Able to work well with colleagues and follow instructions from management. Punctuality & Reliability: Must be on time and dependable. Presentation: Neat, well-groomed appearance with good personal hygiene.
