On the 5th of August, during the Northwest Archery Championships, the Laerskool Baillie Park Baillies team not only demonstrated precision but also showed incredible dedication and spirit. In the "bullseye" competition, they secured a notable second place, and in the 2D competition, they took the top spot with a first-place finish.
What makes these achievements remarkable is the caliber of the competition. Baillies was up against larger schools that have been offering archery as a sport for over a decade. Even more impressively, this is only Baillies' second year participating.
