The Workshop
The 4-hour workshop will span two sessions and will celebrate the paramount importance of pregnancy, birth, and the earliest weeks in a child’s life. "These are the most sensitive times to impact a child's fundamental health and brain development," Lelani will explain. The curriculum will encompass the 5 essential B's of baby's life:

Bonding
Breastfeeding
Body Development
Beyond these, the workshop will delve into various topics, such as the microbiome, a sensitive caesarean section, skin-to-skin contact, supporting the premature baby in the NICU, baby massage, and effective decision-making.
The workshop will adopt an informal and interactive classroom style, inviting questions and facilitating open discussion. Each participant will receive interactive class notes, refreshments, and a certificate of completion.
