Cupcakes with a Purpose
At Mooirivier Mall, you’ll find not just any cupcakes, but cupcakes with a mission. For just R10.00 per cupcake, you’re not only getting a delicious treat, but also contributing to a cause that helps kids battling cancer.
The funds raised from this event go directly to supporting over 200 young cancer warriors every month. These kids rely on crucial medical care, and your cupcake (or ten) helps pave the way for that treatment.
Bakers Needed!
Feeling generous? Whether you're a home-baking legend or simply love getting creative in the kitchen, your skills are needed! Cupcakes don’t just magically appear – they need to be baked. And that's where you come in.

Why It Matters
Cupcakes of HOPE is a Non-Profit Company (NPC 2012/103028/08) and a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO930053726), working to raise awareness and funds for families in need of medical assistance. They do this through, you guessed it, cupcakes! Throughout the year, they host several events, but the highlight is National Cupcake Day 4 Kids with Cancer, which happens in September, Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
It’s a project that’s driven entirely by the community – people like you who want to get involved and make a difference. It’s not just about raising funds; it’s also about spreading awareness. They distribute leaflets highlighting early cancer warning signs, helping to educate the public while raising support.
