The NWU Potchefstroom SCC is hosting a fundraising event, and they’re bringing out the big guns—literally. South Africa’s own UFC Middleweight Champion, Dricus Du Plessis, will be making an exclusive appearance, and it promises to be an event worth attending.

Battle of the Bands (09:00 - 11:00)
Local bands will go head-to-head to prove who truly rules the Potchefstroom music scene. Whether it’s rock, alternative, or something completely unexpected, the competition is bound to be fierce.
Memorabilia Auction (11:00 - 12:00)
For those who like collecting a piece of history, this one’s for you. A signed UFC fighting glove, Old School jerseys, a Dricus portrait, and other exclusive items will be up for grabs.
Dricus Du Plessis Exclusive Appearance (12:00 - 13:00)
The main attraction—Dricus himself. Fans will get to hear directly from the champion about his journey to the top, his latest title defence, and what’s next in his career.
Food, Drinks & More
For those who want to kick back and enjoy the event, there will be food vendors and alcohol on sale. Because what’s a good event without a little refreshment?
