Ventersdorp residents and stakeholders, take note: The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) is hosting an important information session, and no, it’s not a musical festival or a fun run.
What’s the Deal?
SANRAL is rolling into town to discuss road upgrades and maintenance projects that will affect the area. The focus will be on improvements to the N14, R30, N12, R501, and R54. They’ll also be talking about sub-contracting opportunities, labour recruitment processes, and what’s happening with the Routine Road Maintenance (RRM) projects. If you’ve ever had a bone to pick about road conditions or wanted to get involved in the process, this is your chance.
When and Where?
The session is happening on:
Date: Friday, 21 February 2025
Time: 10:00 – 12:30
Venue: Ext 4 Hall in Tshing, Ventersdorp
It’s a short session, but given how road projects go, it’s probably worth making time for it.
Why Show Up?
Apart from getting the latest updates, this session is a good opportunity for businesses and job seekers to learn about sub-contracting opportunities and the hiring process. If you’ve ever wondered how these things work, or you want to be part of it, then this session is for you.
RSVP Details
If you’re keen to attend, let them know by 20 February 2025. You can RSVP via email at bakang@blueprintsa.co.za or send an SMS to 081 779 7954.
SANRAL wants to keep the community informed and involved. Whether you’re a contractor looking for opportunities, a worker hoping to get hired, or just someone who wants to know when and how the roads are getting fixed, this session is worth your time. See you there—unless you’re planning to complain about potholes on Facebook instead.
