PLEASE NOTE THAT SIMBA HAS BEEN ADOPTED
Meet Simba, our cat of the week. Simba is a sweet boy who has been neutered. We’re not exactly sure how old he is, but he’s definitely a few years old. Poor Simba was abandoned by his previous family and left to fend for himself. His biggest wish is to find a loving family and finally have a place to call home again. You can see the longing in his big, sad kitty eyes, and it’s impossible not to feel for him.
Despite his rough past, Simba remains a gentle and loving soul. Living in a cat colony has made him very sociable and great with other cats. He’s the kind of cat who can fit right in anywhere, making friends with both humans and fellow felines. Simba loves getting attention and is a fan of everyone he meets. His favorite thing in the world is getting scratches, and when he does, he stretches out and lifts his butt up to the sky, showing pure joy. It's like he’s doing a little kitty yoga pose, and it’s absolutely adorable.
Simba’s story is a reminder of how resilient animals can be. Despite being abandoned, he has so much love to give. He’s just waiting for the right family to come along and give him the forever home he deserves. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who will bring endless joy and laughter into your life, Simba is your guy. Imagine the fun and happiness he’ll bring into your home, with his sociable nature and those big, expressive eyes that seem to say, "Thank you for giving me a chance."
Normally there is a R600 adoption fee payable to cover the sterilization and medical treatment (as listed below) but, Simba has been sponsored. This means that there is NO adoption fee applicable to you.
The medical treatment included is:

3. Insertion of a micro-chip

Please WhatsApp Vee on 0722272688 for more information, to come have a look and/or to select your fur-baby.
When you adopt one of the free roaming cats there is a foster period valid for two weeks. If after the two weeks you want to keep your new cat, the cat will be fully adoptable.
P.S. As a shelter we obviously rely on the charity of people to feed around 100 cats daily. So, should you wish to still pay the adoption fee or buy some much needed cat food, that would be greatly appreciated. But this is not a requirement.
