1). JAUNTS


As of 2019 we stopped using a Bus for the Public, because several people thought it was a 'party bus' and upset our other guests. The Bus is now only used for Private Groups.


The Tours in the form of "Jaunts", are not a self-drive. Instead, you use your own vehicle as part of a convoy (like a fun car rally), and everyone is now super happy (no noisy people on a bus anymore).

We get out at all the major stops. You are given a short script to sometimes read out (aloud inside your vehicle) regarding some short stories between the major stops, so you need to be at least 2 people per vehicle (so that one person can read).

Bring picnic baskets and/or cooler bags to snack & drink along the way.

Bring Torch / Camera (or use your cell phone for both), plus Pub & Grub Cash (not all pub stops take cards). Umbrellas are a must in case it rains.


Starts at Stonehenge In Africa River Resort (eat & drink elsewhere in town). Introduction inside quasi-replica of England's 'Stonehenge' (outside at Stonehenge In Africa). Fochville Phantom Hitchhiker (inside vehicle). Poltergeist House (out of vehicle). Voortrekker Pyramid, Old Maternity Home (both inside vehicle). Historic Palm Court Hotel pub stop (out of vehicle). Ye Olde Museum (as shown in photo, out of vehicle). 'Little Boy Lost' at Old Post Office (inside vehicle). Abandoned old Railway Station (out of vehicle). Echo Hotel, Doctor's Patient's House (both inside vehicle). Suspension Bridge: Science of the Paranormal, and Dowsing Rods audience participation (all out of vehicle). Parys' famous 'Spook House' (out of vehicle). 'Watery' Graveyard at Old Water Pump House, with a thrilling visual effect (out of vehicle).
