Experience Needed:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Team Leaders to assist in the installation of CCTV and access control equipment and devices, electric fences, conduit systems, cables, and intercom systems. This full-time position is based in Potchefstroom (North-West University).

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or equivalent, N6 qualification preferred. Proven experience in leading teams in the installation of CCTV and access control equipment, electric fences, conduit systems, conduit and trunking, suspended cable baskets, and intercom systems. Strong technical expertise in the mentioned installations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Reside locally in Potchefstroom.

Duties Include:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the General Workers and be active in the mounting and installation on-site. Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure high-quality and timely project completion. Adhere to safety standards and company protocols. Oversee the installation projects in Potchefstroom. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Provide guidance and technical support to the team. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
