Experience Needed:

The Willows Garden Hotel in Potchefstroom is looking for a Shift Manager to join our team. 5 or more years of management or supervisory experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Requirements:

✔ Must have excellent guest service and interpersonal skills. ✔ Possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills. ✔ Responsible for Stock Control, Night Audits, and Management Skills. ✔ Willing to work overtime when required. ✔ Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. ✔ Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism.

Duties Include:

✔ Oversee day-to-day operations. ✔ Organizational and business administration activities as needed. ✔ Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Salary will be discussed in the interview.
