The Potchefstroom Loadshedding Schedule
We created an online and downloadable sheet indicating the schedule for loadshedding in Potchefstroom.
How the Sheet Works:
You need to know at what stage we have loadsheding, this ranging from stage 1 through to 8, heaven forbid we never reach loadshedding stage 8 or a complete blackout for that matter.
Then once you know the stage the next part you need to know is the day/date of the month, hopefully you do know what date it is as since COVID lockdowns we tend to not have clear reference on what day we are in the month, strange but true.
You then go to the sheet and on the left you will find red blocks for each stage, as well as the time indicated in 30 minute intervals.
You will then scroll down until you get to the stage you are looking for.
You will then scroll right to the date you wish to see
All the black blocks would be loadshedding hours, keeping in mind that Eskom indicates a 30 minute additional time on their schedule, to compensate for any deviances that may occur.
Also remember safety first and consider all wires live even if it is loadshedding.
