Helpline for Children (Ages 0-18)

Childline operates a dedicated helpline accessible to all children across the North West Province, providing immediate support, guidance, and emergency intervention when needed. This service is especially crucial for orphans and vulnerable children who lack stable support networks and require immediate assistance or simply someone to talk to. Available to all municipalities in the North West, this helpline is a lifeline for those facing challenges, ensuring that help is always just a call away.

Therapeutic Services (Ages 0-18)

In addition to the helpline, Childline North West offers specialised therapeutic services tailored to the needs of orphans and vulnerable children. These services are available in Dr. Kenneth Kaunda, JB Marks Local Municipality, and Matlosana Local Municipality, providing mental health support and guidance to help young people heal from trauma.
