What do I have to buy and pay?

The Yoco offer is a very simple and business friendly offer, you buy a card machine and after that you pay only a small fee per successful transaction, no rental fees, no subscription, no hidden costs.

The card machine itself starts at a basic price of R599 for the Yoco Go and the standard fee taken per transaction is currently at 2.95% (Ex VAT). Note that if you have high volume and value then a lower fee may be applicable to your business.

What card machine do I need?

The Go-To Guy will assist you in analysing your needs and advise you accordingly to the best options and commercial offer for your business.

What happens after I have my card machine?

Once you have your card machine its as simple as selling your product or service, taking customer card and recording payment for transaction, exactly like you see at any business where you have paid with your card, and once customer has paid the funds will flow through Yoco service to your bank account.

How long does it take to get paid on Yoco?

It takes between 1 to 2 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Do I need Internet for Yoco machines?

Yes you will need Internet to allow the Yoco machine to connect, either through your Mobile Phone or if you take a machine with an integrated SIM Card you will connect for free to the mobile network. To connect to the internet, you can connect through WiFi or through mobile internet (LTE, 3G, or 4G and higher).
