Joining Tree of Life Fitness has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. The low-impact aerobics class is perfect for me as I’m working my way back from an injury. The exercises are gentle on my joints but incredibly effective. Plus, the Pilates sessions have helped improve my posture and core strength tremendously. Judith and her team make everyone feel welcome and capable, regardless of their fitness level. The membership prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality of the instruction and the variety of classes offered. I can’t recommend Tree of Life Fitness enough!
